Marketing reporting dashboards.

Our marketing reporting dashboard services pull GA4, Search Console, ad platforms and your CRM into one live view, so you can see leads, sales and spend by channel any day of the month. We fix tracking first, then build dashboards in Google's Data Studio, formerly Looker Studio.

Why live dashboards beat monthly spreadsheets

Live dashboards update on their own, so the numbers you see on the 9th are as fresh as the ones on the 30th. Every channel sits on one screen, every chart uses the same definitions, and anyone with access can check results without waiting for a monthly export.

That speed changes decisions. When a Google Ads campaign starts spending on the wrong searches, you spot the jump in cost per lead within days. When a new landing page lifts form fills, you can shift budget the same week.

A good dashboard also settles arguments. Sales, marketing and leadership see one number for "leads," pulled from one source with one rule. If your CRM counts a phone call as a lead and GA4 doesn't, we agree on a definition and write it on the dashboard.

Spreadsheets still suit one-off analysis. The dashboard handles the routine view, so meetings focus on what to do next.

What we track, by channel

We track the numbers that tie each channel to leads and revenue, plus a few that explain why results moved. Every dashboard is built on our Signal Stack, with one money metric per channel on top, the two or three metrics that explain it next and detail below.

Open rates sit lower on the list because Apple Mail Privacy Protection can inflate them, so clicks and conversions carry more weight in email reporting. For offline sales, call tracking or CRM stages put phone sales beside web leads.

Reporting for the AI search era

AI summaries now answer many searches before anyone clicks, so reports need to show visibility and clicks side by side. A page can hold its rankings and still lose traffic when an AI Overview sits above it.

Pew Research found Google users clicked a traditional result in 8% of visits when an AI summary appeared, against 15% without one. Only 1% clicked a link inside the summary itself. Across 300,000 keywords, Ahrefs found the first-place page's click-through rate ran 58% lower when an AI Overview appeared above it.

So our AI search panel shows three things together:

  • Impressions and clicks from Search Console, trended by page and query.
  • AI referral sessions in GA4 from sources such as chatgpt.com and perplexity.ai, grouped into their own channel.
  • Branded search volume, since AI answer readers may search your name next.

Read together, these tell you if demand fell or only the click moved elsewhere.

Tools we build with, and a sample view

We build most dashboards in Google's Data Studio, which Google renamed from Looker Studio in April 2026. Google lists it as available at no charge for creators and report viewers. For data the free connectors can't reach, such as some CRMs or call tracking tools, we add paid connectors or route it through BigQuery.

The mock-up below shows the executive summary screen.

Sample data for illustration.

In this sample, organic clicks fell while impressions rose, which may point to AI answers taking some clicks. AI referrals and total leads both grew, suggesting demand held up. Each row links to the channel page behind it, so you can see which campaigns or pages drove the change.

What marketing reporting dashboard services cost

A dashboard is a one-time build, sized by the number of data sources and how much tracking needs fixing first. Ad accounts, CRMs and call tracking each add connection and testing time. You pay once, and an optional care plan is there if you want changes later.

Is this right for you?

Right for you if

  • You run two or more marketing channels.

Not the right fit if

  • You run one channel with good built-in reports.
  • GA4 isn't installed yet and won't be soon.
  • Nobody checks it between meetings.
  • You need data science models.

What is a marketing dashboard?

A marketing dashboard is a live report that pulls data from tools like GA4, Search Console, ad platforms and your CRM into one screen. It shows how each channel performs against goals such as leads, cost per lead and revenue, and updates on its own.

Is Looker Studio free?

Yes. Google renamed Looker Studio to Data Studio in April 2026, and it's still free for creators and viewers. A paid Pro tier adds enterprise admin and support at $9 per user per project per month. Some third-party data connectors charge their own fees.

Which metrics should a marketing dashboard show?

Start with one money metric per channel, such as leads, cost per lead or revenue. Then add the two or three metrics that explain movement, such as clicks, conversion rate or spend. Leave out numbers nobody acts on, since extra charts bury the important ones.

Can you fix GA4 tracking?

Yes. Every build starts with a tracking audit. We check that key events fire correctly, UTM tags are consistent, internal traffic is filtered and data retention is set to the 14-month option. Fixes go in before the dashboard, so charts start from clean data.

How do you track traffic from ChatGPT and other AI tools?

We create a custom channel group in GA4 that collects sessions referred by AI tools such as chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai and gemini.google.com. That gives AI referrals their own line in every report, next to organic search, paid and email, so you can watch the trend.

Who owns the dashboard when it's done?

You do. We build it in your Google account, or transfer ownership at handover, and connect it to data sources you control. Your team keeps full access if you stop working with us, and each metric definition is documented inside the report.
