AI automation / Workflows

Marketing automation services.

Our marketing automation services clean up your CRM, then build the email and lead workflows that run on their own: welcome series, lead nurture, abandoned cart, re-engagement and sales handoff. Every workflow triggers on a real action a contact takes, follows CAN-SPAM and reports what it earns.

What marketing automation does

Marketing automation sends the right message when a contact does something specific: joins your list, downloads a guide, leaves a cart or goes quiet for 90 days. You set the rules once, and the system runs them for every contact, every day, without anyone on your team pressing send.

Workflows make deeper personalization practical. Content Marketing Institute's 2026 trends research found that nearly 60% of B2B marketers personalize in only one or two channels, often just a first name in an email. A workflow can use data you already hold:

  • Service interest. A contact who read three pages on roof repair gets roof repair content.
  • Stage. A new subscriber gets a welcome series. A past customer gets a seasonal reminder and, later, a review request.
  • Behavior. Clicking a pricing link twice flags a contact for sales.
  • Silence. A contact who hasn't opened in months gets a short win-back series, then a clean exit.

Getting the data right first

Automation is only as good as the CRM behind it, so data comes first. Before we build any workflow, your records go through our Clean Contact Checklist. Without it, a flow can greet five-year customers as strangers.

  1. One record per person. Duplicates merged. HubSpot, for example, deduplicates contacts by email address, so two addresses for one buyer can mean two records.
  2. Required fields filled. Name, email, source and service interest on every new contact.
  3. Lifecycle stages defined. Subscriber, lead, customer and past customer, with rules for moving between them.
  4. Consent recorded. Opt-in source and date saved, plus a working opt-out.
  5. Lead sources tagged. Every form and ad labeled so reports show what works.
  6. Old contacts reviewed. Hard bounces removed before the first send.
  7. Owner assigned. Each contact has a rep, so handoffs land.

The audit can also turn up quick fixes, like a form that never wrote to the CRM.

Workflows we build most

Five workflows handle the core jobs of email automation. We build them in your existing platform and switch them on one at a time.

WorkflowTriggerWhat it does
Welcome seriesNew subscriber or leadIntroduces you and offers one next step
Lead nurtureForm fill or guide downloadAnswers common questions over two to four weeks
Abandoned cartCart left without checkoutReminds and links back to the cart
Re-engagementNo opens in a set periodAsks if they still want emails
Post-purchaseOrder or job completeThanks them and asks for an honest review

Where AI fits in

AI works inside the workflow. It drafts subject line options for you to approve, sorts free-text form answers into service categories and summarizes a lead's activity for sales. Review requests always go to real customers, and we never write or post reviews for you. The FTC's 2024 rule bans fake reviews, including AI-generated ones.

A sample workflow, mapped

This welcome series makes a simple first build. It starts when someone joins your list, branches on what they do and ends by handing warm contacts to sales. Each box becomes a step in HubSpot, Klaviyo or GoHighLevel.

StepTimingActionBranch
1InstantWelcome email with your best guideNone
2Day 2"What are you working on?" email with topic linksClicked a topic: tag interest
3Day 5Content matched to their tagged interestNo click: send general tips
4Day 9How-it-works emailVisited pricing page: alert sales
5Day 14Soft offer with a booking linkBooked: exit and assign rep

Sample data for illustration.

Every email in the series carries your physical address and a working unsubscribe, as the FTC's CAN-SPAM guide requires. Opt-outs are honored within 10 business days. Contacts who never click after Day 14 move to a lighter monthly newsletter, which helps protect your sender reputation.

How marketing automation services are priced

Setup is a one-time build at a fixed price, covering CRM cleanup and your first workflows. If you want new flows and tuning later, an optional care plan is there, never required. Setup cost rises with the size and state of your database and the number of workflows. Platform fees are billed separately.

What are marketing automation services?

Marketing automation services set up the software and workflows that send emails, update records and alert sales based on what contacts do. A provider cleans your CRM data, plans triggers, writes and builds the flows, then tunes them using click and conversion data.

What are the top marketing automation platforms?

HubSpot suits businesses that want CRM, email and sales tools in one place. Klaviyo is built for ecommerce, especially Shopify stores. GoHighLevel bundles CRM, texting and funnels for local service firms. Zapier, Make and n8n connect tools that don't link to each other natively.

What does a marketing automation specialist do?

A marketing automation specialist plans and builds the workflows that move contacts from first touch to sale. Day to day, that means cleaning data, building segments, writing email sequences, setting lead scores, testing triggers and reporting on which flows bring in leads and revenue.

What are examples of marketing automation?

Common examples include a welcome series for new subscribers, abandoned cart reminders, lead nurture emails after a guide download, re-engagement emails for quiet contacts and post-purchase review requests. Behind the scenes, automation also updates lifecycle stages, assigns owners and alerts sales reps.

How long does marketing automation setup take?

Setup time follows the state of your data and the number of workflows. A clean CRM with one welcome series is a short project. A messy database with several flows and lead scoring takes longer. We set a timeline once the CRM audit is done.

Is email automation legal under CAN-SPAM?

Yes, when it follows the rules. CAN-SPAM requires honest sender and subject lines, your physical postal address and a clear way to opt out, honored within 10 business days. It applies to business-to-business email too. We build these into every workflow by default.
