AI automation / Lead follow-up
AI lead follow-up and nurturing.
Our AI lead nurturing replies to every new inquiry within minutes, by email and by text when the lead has opted in. Each first reply uses what the person told you on the form, then a short, timed sequence keeps them warm until your team takes over.

Why fast follow-up matters
Fast follow-up matters because interest fades by the hour. Someone who just filled in your form is still at a screen, still thinking about the problem and maybe comparing options. The first useful reply can decide who gets the call.
The Harvard Business Review study behind those figures also tracked how slow the rest were. Among firms that answered within 30 days, the average reply took 42 hours, and 23% never replied at all. Firms that made contact within an hour were more than 60 times as likely to qualify the lead as those that waited a day or longer.
The study is from 2011, so treat the multiples as a guide. The pattern is still easy to spot: a form lands after hours, sits in a shared inbox and gets a reply the next afternoon. Automation closes that gap, and every lead hears back in minutes, at 2 p.m. or 2 a.m.
How AI lead nurturing personalizes follow-up
AI lead nurturing personalizes follow-up by reading the form fields and writing a first reply around them, using wording you've approved. The lead sees their own details reflected back, plus one clear next step, within minutes of hitting submit.
Take a sample form fill on a kitchen remodeler's site:
- Name: Dana
- City: Plano
- Project: Kitchen remodel, cabinets and counters
- Timing: Starting in about three months
- Texts: Opted in
From those five fields, the system picks the "planning ahead" track, mentions cabinets and counters, links two gallery pages and offers a free design consult. A lead who wrote "ASAP" gets a call request first.
The AI writes inside guardrails: your approved offers, your published prices and your tone. Its instructions bar it from inventing a discount, quoting an unpublished price or promising a start date. If Dana asks something your materials don't cover, the whole thread moves to a person with a short summary.

Map my follow-upA typical follow-up sequence
A typical sequence runs five touches over two weeks, starts within minutes and stops when the lead replies or books. We start from this Warm Lead Ladder and fit it to your sales cycle.
| Touch | When | Channel | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Within 5 minutes | Email, plus text if opted in | Confirm details, share a booking link |
| 2 | Day 1 | Answer their top question | |
| 3 | Day 3 | Text if opted in | Short check-in |
| 4 | Day 7 | A relevant example | |
| 5 | Day 14 | Polite close |
Staying compliant
Every email follows the FTC's CAN-SPAM rules: honest headers and subject lines, your physical address and a working unsubscribe, honored within 10 business days.
Texts need consent first. The FCC treats a text as a call under the TCPA, so automated marketing texts need prior express written consent. Consent can be revoked by any reasonable means and must be honored within 10 business days. Our builds stop texts when someone replies STOP.
Sample first replies, email and text
Dana gets both of these within five minutes. Each message names her project, keeps to one call to action and identifies the business clearly. The text stays under 160 characters and ends with an opt-out line, and the email carries a real address and unsubscribe link in the footer. A reply to either stops the sequence.

Lead follow-up pricing
Your follow-up system is a one-time build at a fixed price. The price depends mostly on how many lead sources feed it and whether texting is included. One form with email follow-up is a quick build. Several forms, ad lead sources and two-way texting take longer to wire and test.

Ask us directlyWhat is AI lead nurturing?
AI lead nurturing uses AI to send timely, personal follow-up to people who've shown interest but haven't bought yet. It reads what each lead told you, picks a message track and timing, then hands the conversation to your team once they reply.
What is automated lead nurturing?
Automated lead nurturing is a pre-planned series of emails or texts that sends itself when someone becomes a lead. Classic automation follows fixed rules and templates. Adding AI lets each message reflect the lead's details and sorts replies into the right next step.
Is automated texting legal?
Yes, with consent. The FCC counts a text as a call under the TCPA, so automated marketing texts need prior express written consent. You must honor opt-outs made by any reasonable means within 10 business days. Some states add rules, so check with a lawyer.
Which tools do you use for lead follow-up?
We run follow-up in the CRM you already use where possible, such as HubSpot or GoHighLevel, and connect forms with Zapier, Make or n8n. Texting runs through a provider that keeps opt-in records and handles STOP replies. The mix depends on your lead sources.
How fast should you follow up with a new lead?
As fast as you can, ideally within minutes. Harvard Business Review research found firms that reached leads within an hour were far more likely to qualify them than firms that waited longer. Automation makes a reply in minutes possible around the clock.
When does the sequence stop?
The sequence stops as soon as the lead replies, books or opts out. A reply alerts your team and pauses automated messages for that person. If nobody responds, the last touch closes politely and leaves an easy way to come back later.
