Where your audience spends time
Most US adults use YouTube and Facebook, and those two hold up across age groups, while Instagram and TikTok skew younger. In Pew's 2025 survey, YouTube and Facebook were the only platforms used by a majority in all age groups, and only half of adults used Instagram.
| Platform | US adults who use it | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| YouTube | The most used | How-to videos, Shorts, product demos |
| 71% | Local businesses, events, groups, older buyers | |
| 50% | Visual brands, buyers under 30 | |
| TikTok | 37% | Short video, trends, younger buyers |
| 32% (2024 survey) | B2B, hiring, expert posts | |
| 26% | Niche questions, honest product talk |

Reach alone doesn't pick your channels, so we score each one with the Platform Fit Score. Each platform gets one to five points on three questions: are your buyers there, can you make the content it rewards, and do people there act on what they see? A roofer might score Facebook and YouTube highest, while a skincare brand lands on Instagram and TikTok. We focus on the top two or three and leave the rest.
Social is also customer service
Customers use social media to ask questions and raise complaints, so a fast reply counts as marketing too. In the 2025 Sprout Social Index, about three quarters of consumers said they expect a response within 24 hours or sooner, and 73% said a silent brand could lose them to a competitor.
Where they ask matters too. Sprout's 2026 survey found TikTok and Facebook lead as the platforms consumers turn to first for customer service, followed closely by Instagram.
Content and care work together. Three sample months show the mix we might plan:
- A plumbing company: a 30-second "what's that noise?" video series, a before-and-after carousel, and a reminder to drain the water heater before winter.
- An online pet food brand: a vet answering one ingredient question a week, a customer's dog trying a new flavor, and a launch countdown in Stories.
- A B2B software firm: a founder's LinkedIn post on a hard lesson, a two-minute product walkthrough, and a carousel turning a support ticket into a tip.
We watch each post for comments, so customer questions get answered within your agreed hours.

Audit my socialSocial media services we offer
We offer two core services, and you can hire them together or apart, one to run the accounts and one to make the content. Social media management covers planning, publishing, replies and reports. Content creation covers the videos and photos that fill the calendar.
| Service | Best for | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Social Media Management | Businesses with no time to post or reply | A monthly calendar, daily replies and a report |
| Social Media Content Creation | Brands whose posts look like stock photos | Shoots, short videos, carousels and creator posts |
Social and search together
People search on social and on Google for the same answers. A how-to video that does well on YouTube can sit on your service page, and a question that keeps showing up in your DMs can become an FAQ on your site. The plan can include a monthly handoff of findings to your SEO team, so both channels learn from each other.
Industries we serve

How to choose a social media agency
The right social media agency can show you how it picks platforms, what it will post, how fast it replies and how it measures leads. Ask these six questions of any agency, us included, and expect specific answers.
- Which platforms would you drop for us? A good agency cuts channels that don't fit.
- Who owns our accounts? You should. An agency only needs admin access.
- How fast do you reply, and when? Ask for targets by message type and coverage hours.
- Where does the content come from? Look for real shoots of your business.
- What will you report? Clicks, messages and leads belong beside reach and follower counts.
- How do you grow followers? Any answer involving bought followers is a red flag.
That last one matters. The FTC's 2024 rule on fake reviews "prohibits anyone from selling or buying fake indicators of social media influence, such as followers or views generated by a bot or hijacked account." Paid creators must disclose their ties to you too, as the FTC's influencer guide explains.
What social media marketing costs
Expect a monthly fee shaped by how many platforms we run, how much original content you need, and how many hours of inbox coverage you want. Ad spend, if you run ads, is paid straight to the platform and sits outside our fee.

Right for you if

- You have real people, places or products to show.
- You can approve a content calendar once a month.
- You want leads counted alongside likes and followers.
Not the right fit if
- You need sales within days. Paid ads move faster.
- You want bought followers or views. That breaks FTC rules.

Questions, answered.
Ask us directlyWhat's included in social media marketing services?
Social media marketing services usually include a platform plan, a content calendar, video and photo creation, publishing, replies to comments and messages, and monthly reporting. Some plans add paid social ads or creator partnerships. A clear proposal states the post count and reply hours.
How much do social media marketing services cost?
Most agencies quote a monthly fee based on platforms, posting volume, original content and inbox coverage. Creator campaigns and weekend inbox coverage raise the fee. Ad spend is usually extra and paid directly to the platforms, so it should appear as its own line in any quote.
Which social media platform is best for business?
It depends on your buyers. Pew Research found YouTube and Facebook reach a majority of every US age group, while Instagram and TikTok skew younger and LinkedIn suits B2B. Pick two or three where your buyers spend time and where you can make the content each one rewards.
How often should a business post on social media?
Post as often as you can keep quality high and still reply to everyone. For most small businesses, a few posts a week on each main platform is a workable start. A steady schedule you can keep for months matters most.
What is the 5-5-5 rule for social media?
The 5-5-5 rule is a daily engagement habit: comment on five posts from your audience, connect with five new relevant accounts, and reply to five conversations on your own content. Versions vary, but the idea holds. Platforms can favor showing your posts to people you interact with.
Can social media help our SEO?
Yes, indirectly, in three ways. Videos and posts can appear in search results, social questions reveal what to answer on your site, and shared content can earn links and brand mentions. Your plan can include a monthly handoff between social and SEO work.
Can you buy followers to grow faster?
No. The FTC's 2024 rule bans selling or buying fake indicators of social media influence, such as bot followers or fake views. Bought followers also don't buy anything from you. We grow audiences with useful content, real replies and, when it fits, disclosed creator partnerships.
